The successful candidate will join our Network Team in providing Internal IT support.Working Hours:
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Selected weekends, public holidays as well as a limited night shift period. Some afterhours work might also be required.Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of local network / desktop support experience
- Good basic knowledge of desktop support, basic LAN networking, AD, Exchange, Office 365, Layer 3 switches / routing
- MCSE or/and A+ will be advantageous

Axxess is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling Axxess's range of internet products to new customers. We're seeking a proactive, driven individual with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.Working Hours:
Not your average 8 to 5 jobMinimum Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric (Tertiary qualification is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of the telecoms/ISP industry to fast-track training and onboarding.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience (industry experience preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license – non-negotiable.
- Must be comfortable working flexible and irregular hours when required.
- Must be confident with public speaking and presenting to groups
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, online channels and face to face, to promote and sell Axxess services.
- Independently generate leads, build a personal sales funnel, and consistently close sales.
- Partner with marketing to run field campaigns that convert into sales.
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and close sales effectively.
- Ability to generate referral business through positive customer engagements.
