A Bit About the Role

The successful candidate will join our Network Team in providing Internal IT support.

Working Hours:

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Selected weekends, public holidays as well as a limited night shift period. Some afterhours work might also be required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of local network / desktop support experience
• Good basic knowledge of desktop support, basic LAN networking, AD, Exchange, Office 365, Layer 3 switches / routing
• MCSE or/and A+ will be advantageous
• Willingness to learn and grow your skills base
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work well within a team
• The ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of and resolve all internal desktop support queries, basic networking queries
• Limited administration and maintenance of AD, Exchange, biometrics
• Desktop support / Installs
• Maintain IT asset management system for records
• Maintain a high level of Customer Service at all times

Axxess is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling Axxess's range of internet products to new customers. We're seeking a proactive, driven individual with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric (Tertiary qualification is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of the telecoms/ISP industry to fast-track training and onboarding.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience (industry experience preferred)
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license – non-negotiable.
• Must be comfortable working flexible and irregular hours when required.
• Must be confident with public speaking and presenting to groups

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
