What all do I need to set up an ADSL account with Axxess?
First you will need a ADSL line installed.
Once you have that the only other equipment that you will require is a ADSL modem or router.
Does my unused bandwidth get carried over?
Yes, but only on our
ADSL Pro Accounts, where you get iFuel - 3 Month Rollover.
Otherwise, it might be best to have a look at our
ADSL Prepaid account.
What are my Customer Control Panel login details? I can't find them.
Contact us but please note that you will be asked to verify who you are - so please keep your ID book & banking account details close by.
If I start my account in the middle of the month, do I get billed the same time again next month?
No, not on our ADSL Pro or ADSL Local accounts. You will pay for the full month on activation, even if the activation date is the last day of the month. Plus there is no pro-rata billing on any of our accounts. If that is not to your liking then have a look at our
ADSL Prepaid account.
