- Resellers with their own control panel to just transfer their realm billing, sign a non disclosure agreement and get the savings immediately. Axxess DSL will remain anonymous to everyone, and the reseller gets the discounted rate.

How to become a Reseller
- Click here or simply phone one of our sales consultants on 0861 300 900 to assist you in the quick sign-up procedure.
- Sign-up as a new reseller.
- Use your 6 digit Account Number(received at the end of the sign-up procedure) as your payment reference and any queries.
- To activate your reseller account, deposit R500.00
- This R500.00 will remain as credit in your account until a client has been added; the amount for the package will then be deducted from that credit.
- Please remember to always top-up your reseller account with credit before purchasing new accounts for clients.
White labeling
- This feature is available to all resellers.
- Your branding can be changed on the Reseller Control Panel
- Simply go to Reseller Setup -> CCP Branding
- Upload your Company Logo into the fields provided
- Your logo will be visible in your Client's Control Panel and on all invoices sent out.
- Axxess's name will NOT be seen anywhere.
Custom Realms
To further personalize your reseller account, you can now customize your realm. This will allow you to take your business to the next level. Instead of your clients having usernames such as yourclient@
youradsl.co.za they can have "yourclient@
yourbusinessname.co.za".
Custom realms are available at R228.00/month (VAT incl.) but are subject to a once-off set-up charge of R999.00 (VAT incl). Should you wish to apply for a custom realm, please e-mail Clarise with your Reseller Account number/Client Code. Provide her with 2 realm names in order of preference (in case one has already been taken). Once Clarise has received your request as well as the proof of payment for the set up charge the registration will be set in motion.
The Registration process takes between 2-3 weeks to complete.
Once it is up and has been tested you will be notified that it is ready to use.
Please note that failure to pay the monthly subscription fee of R228.00 will result in the suspension of the realm.
Before adding Clients
You will need to change personal details, update your branding for the Client Control Panel(CCP) and the Invoices, adjust your Pricing Structure, Invoice Configuration, and copy the Login Code to your web page.
