What is a Prepaid voucher?

The Axxess Prepaid voucher works the same way as a normal cell phone airtime voucher. There is a 3 year time limit to any bandwidth purchased on Prepaid vouchers. If you use part of your bandwidth this month, then the balance is carried over to the following months until the full bandwidth has been used up or 3 years has elapsed.

This way there is no need to pay any ISP on a monthly base for internet access. The only monthly fee will be your ADSL line rental. You can also use the voucher system to supplement your existing ISP broadband account.

How do I use the Prepaid voucher?

1. Replace your present username and password on your broadband router/modem with the one given to you on the till slip.
2. Save your broadband router/modem settings.
3. If you have a broadband router then restart it and you are online.

Please note that you can only use a new voucher to top up with. Once the voucher has been activated it can not be used as a top up voucher any more, only as a username and password for bandwidth remaining on that voucher. Do not lose your prepaid voucher. Keep it safe. It can not be re-issued and if you lose it, your bandwidth is gone. Just like cell phone air time.

Axxess Prepaid Vouchers available at all retail partners nationwide can now be used to topup any of our Prepaid accounts. Now also available via the Pocit mobile application. You can only do the transfer in your Customer Control Panel.

What is an Uncapped voucher?

An Uncapped Voucher is exactly the same as our justSurf Uncapped accounts, but you can buy it from our retail partners nationwide.

It is different from our normal prepaid vouchers, in that it lasts till the end of the month - from date of activation.

Example:
You purchase an Uncapped voucher on the 10th of the month.

You activate it on the same day. The account will only remain active until the end of that month.

How do I use the Uncapped Voucher?

Pop in to your nearest retail store (see above) and buy an Axxess Uncapped voucher. Once you're at your computer, log on to your router/modem and change the username and password, as printed on your voucher (don't forget to save!).

Once you've done that you'll probably need to restart your router/modem (you'll see the pretty lights flash like mad). Once your router/modem is ready, open your internet browser and go to cp.adsl.co.za.

Enter your Client Code as indicated on your voucher. Type your password (or pin) in the space below the username. Click on the 'sign in' button to log in to the voucher control panel.

This will activate your voucher immediately - restart(reboot) your router/modem and boom! You're surfing.

This will activate your voucher on the 1st of the next month. Continue using your current internet provider or if you run out, visit www.axxess.co.za to purchase an account to keep you going until the end of the month.

If you're not sure - don't stress! Your voucher will not expire. Activate it when you're ready, it'll only expire at the end of the same month in which it was activated.
