Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating and managing corporate brand content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with a proven campaign implementation track record
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and target audiences
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Develop and manage content strategies for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, (X) Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Create engaging, shareable content tailored to each platform and target audience
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement and a positive brand image
- Analyse social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and refine strategies
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure relevance and innovation
- Schedule, manage and monitor posts
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop visual and multimedia content
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve social media performance
- Ability to adapt marketing campaigns into innovative and engaging social media strategies that resonate with target audiences across platforms
- Create content using graphic design, photography, and video editing skills
