Delivery is generally attainable within 48 hours but might be delayed should payment clearance be required. An additional delay of up to 96 hours can be expected outside of major centres. Deliveries take place on weekdays during business hours and exclude weekends and public holidays. A physical address is required for the delivery of your order; orders to Postal Addresses will not be accepted. Some deliveries might require that information or documents be produced and copies thereof provided during the delivery.

Frequently asked Questions
Do I need to RICA my SIM card?
Yes. You will need to have your original barcoded Identity Document, as well as a valid proof of residence.
You will also be required to have a copy of your ID and proof of residence available when your SIM is delivered, and you (the account holder) must sign for it in person.
Do I need to sign up for a contract?
No siree! At Axxess, we don't do contracts. All our services are month-to-month and can be easily cancelled if you change your mind under the condition that you give us a calendar month's notice.
What happens if I sign up in the middle of the month?
All packages are charged pro-rata. So, if you sign up halfway through the month you will pay half the monthly fee and receive half the data for the rest of the month.
What is Pro-rata billing?
When you sign-up for MTN Data halfway through the month, you'll only be billed for the days in that month that your new service is active.
How long does it take to activate after delivery?
Your SIM card should be active within 30 minutes after delivery. In extreme cases it can take up to 72 hours, but this is highly unlikely.
Should you have trouble connecting after 30 minutes, please reboot your device and try to connect again. Please contact our support team if you do not have a connection after 72 hours.
How is MTN Data different from LTE?
MTN 3G Data is a generation of Internet connectivity which is compatible with both older and latest mobile devices. Over time, speeds have improved significantly due to better infrastructure.
LTE, which is an upgraded and newer version of 3G Data can run speeds of up to 50Mbps and is quite affordable.
In optimal conditions, your 3G Data can upgrade to LTE provided your mobile settings have been set accordingly.
What if I want to move with my Mobile Data SIM?
Your Mobile Data SIM is not geo-locked, which means you can use the service on the go with no drawbacks. Depending on the area, you can experience high connectivity speeds based on factors such as but not limited to distance, weather, and interference around and within the property or building.
Can I use my Mobile Data SIM in my other mobile devices?
Of course! Your Data SIM can be used on your cellphone, tablet or any other Mobile devices including a Router - and because your SIM is not geo-locked, you can have endless fun on the go.
Can I top-up?
Yes, you can top-up your service via the Client Control Panel.
