What is a parked domain?

A parked domain is a registered domain name that isn't actively being used for a website or email services.

Can I redirect a parked domain?

Yes! You can set up a redirect to another URL.

Can I change hosting control panels?

Yes, but this can't be done manually. If your parked domain is on DirectAdmin and you'd like to switch to cPanel, please contact our Hosting Support Team to assist with the change.

How do I make sure my domain doesn't expire?

Please note that domain renewals occur annually.
To ensure uninterrupted registration:

✅ Keep your account active and in good standing
✅ Leave auto-renewal enabled (this is the default setting)
✅ Monitor - Inactive/expired services may not auto-renew

How do I upgrade to a hosting package?

It's quick and easy. When you're ready to use your domain for email or a website, sign in to your Axxess Control Panel, select the hosting package you'd like to switch to, and apply the change.

The change can take up to 15 minutes. If it takes longer, submit a support ticket with our hosting support team and we'll help complete it.
