* Fibre Broadband Access is supplied as a best effort service by the supplier. Areas marked as available on the map may not be Fibre ready at your particular address due to a number of factors. Pre-orders do not guarantee that Fibre will be available at your particular address once the planned project has been completed. Should we not be able to proceed with your application we will advise you thereof.
* Fibre installations are subject to an installation and connection fee. Additional fees may apply should trenching be required to complete the installation, Axxess will make any additional charges known to the client and the client will be required to accept or reject these charges before the order is completed. Please note that should the service be ordered and the incorrect address is supplied, the client will be responsible for all charges relating to the order placed at the incorrect address.
An additional fee will be charged for re-grading the speed of a fibre line as well as outdoor transfers (new address) and transfers between Service Providers. A calendar months notice is required for cancellation and additional cancellation T's & C's may apply to purchases on Promotion.
By completing the order it is deemed that consent has been received from the landlord, owner or body corporate for the installation of the service.

This will depend on the turnaround for your installation and activation. Once the line has been installed in your premises it can take up to 5 days for the provider to activate your line. As soon as your Fibre line is active, you can be connected to Axxess Fibre within 24 Hours.
Each provider has a different lead time for installation and activation. If your line is already activated, you'll be connected shortly after you sign up.
Absolutely! We don't like contracts. So, we allow upgrades and downgrades of Fibre speeds up until 5pm on the last day of the month. Keeping in mind that fibre speed upgrades are solely dependent on the provider.
To cancel, we need just one calendar months' notice. If you are still in the Promo period of 6 months, then it's one month's calendar notice and R499 early cancellation fee.
No, with fibre, you don't need a landline unless you wish to make phone calls. We suggest considering our VoIP callTime service as an alternative.
